#2 Clematis ‘Olympia’ Blue
Olympia clematis has blue flowers (can have a purplish-blue hue depending on lighting) with pale yellow centres. The blooms like full sun or shade, but the roots prefer cool/shaded well-drained soil mixed with compost and fertilizer.
It is a climber that can adorn many garden structures including gates and trellises with the aid of some ties or clips. This plant can also grow well as a container plant as long as the container is fairly large and shaded.
