Rhubarb is very easy to grow and needs very little care. The tender stalks can be eaten raw but are commonly used in jams or pies. *Note: The leaves of Rhubarb are poisonous and should not be eaten.
‘Strawberry Red’ is a cold-hardy rhubarb with beautiful large green ruffled-edge leaves. The edible stalks area pink-rose colour, very tender and make delicious pies, crisp or jams.
